1. All though every precaution is taken in the manufacture of your new FuelCel, in house testing procedures unfortunately cannot reproduce the dynamic conditions of the installation on the motorcycle. Under certain conditions of vibration, heat and gasoline, a minute pinhole can develop in rare cases that escape our detection. We are more than willing to repair a leak that might develop so long as the following procedure is done first. 2. Install all necessary plumbing and hardware for the mounting, install on the bike then fuel it to capacity and run at least half of it through by running the engine, BEFORE PAINTING the tank. 3. Field repair procedure as performed by the factory is outline below for latent pinhole migration. (Extremely rare) 4. FuelCel repairs can be made in certain instances if you damage your Fuelcel. Generally if 30% of the exterior surface is damaged it will be considered totaled. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS • Do not paint the face where the Fuel Pump gasket seats ( the white primed area). BE SURE NOT TO SCRATCH GASKET SURFACE WHEN INSTALLING PUMP! •Cap functions as the vent. •Use the stock front mount and screws. •Be careful installing nuts and do not over torque the Fuel Pump & Front Mounts. Hand torque with a nut driver is sufficient. • Be sure that the tank is not being rubbed at any point by frame or other hard surface, puncture from abrasion can occur in a short amount of time. • WARNING! – WARNING! – WARNING! When removing and reinstalling the fuel quick disconnects, the o-rings can easily become cut by the barb receivers on the pump body allowing fuel to leak under pressure when the engine is started! While the pump body is being transferred to the new tank, deburr the line receivers to reduce this possibility. Check for leakage once engine is started for the first time. • WARNING; Composites are not “malleable” like metal, since weight reduction is the main goal of the FuelCel design, rupture of the tank can occur instead of denting. • This Fuel tank is sold without Warranty expressed or implied by the manufacturer and its final suitability for use is determined by the operator of the motorcycle on which it is installed

Quelqu’un a-t-il déjà essayé ça ? Qu’est-ce que Will Creedon peut nous en dire ? Je n’en ai pas encore essayé. C’est un moyen plutôt fruste de régler le système. Essentiellement, ça modifie les durées d’ouverture d’injecteurs uniquement en fonction du régime moteur, ce qui permet une sorte de modif de cartographie sommaire. Visiblement, la compensation altimétrique, la température moteur et la température de l’air ne sont pas prises en compte. Quand nous disposerons d’outils pour modifier complètement la cartographie du 15M, nous aurons alors une meilleure solution, mais ce n’est pas le cas pour l’instant. Donc, mon opinion est que c’est toujours mieux que rien si vous avez modifié pas mal la moto, mais ça ne résout pas tous les problèmes. Cordialement, Will Creedon. 1. Remove the vacuum slide from the carbs. Remove the stock needles & spacers, noting the order of assembly (Fig.A). 2. Install the Dynojet needles on groove #3 , using all stock spacers (Fig. A). Install the Dynojet washer above the E-clip. 3. Replace the stock slide springs with Dynojet slide springs provided. 4. Remove the stock main jets and replace with the Dynojet main jets provided. Use the DJ116 main jets with stock exhaust pipe, or use the DJ120 main jets with aftermarket header or slip-on with high flowing baffles. Use the DJ112 main jets at high altitude. Be sure that the jets you are changing are the main jets. 5. Locate the fuel mixture plug (Fig. B), if you see a screw head, proceed to adjusting procedure. With the plug drill (DD #5/32) provided, carefully drill thru the plug(s). The mixture screw is directly underneath this plug, be ready to pull back on the drill the instant you break thru. Use the screw provided to secure and remove the plug. Carefully turn mixture screw clockwise until seated, then back out 3 turns. 6. Locate the main air correctors (Fig.C). Using the plugs provided (DCO400), plug the main air passage. Place the plug in the carb flat end first.Tap in lightly. Using DT002.
