1. One set of the shouldered sleeves with O-rings should be installed in the shock eye. If not, insert sleeves with O-rings in the shock eye (see figure 1). 2. Mount the shock as you would your stock shock per your authorized shop manual noting the following; Make sure the shock is mounted with the rebound adjustment at the bottom and facing the right side of the motorcycle and the nitrogen pressure valve is facing forward. Tighten the shock bolts to the proper torque specifications (refer to your manual). Caution: The installed spring length must never be set shorter than 133mm (5.25″) or shock damage may occur

Mount the shock as you would your stock shock per your authorized shop manual (with the rebound adjustment at the bottom) noting the following: n On the left side of the motorcycle, remove the secondary drive cover, rectifier cover, and rectifier. Also remove the Remote Adjustable Pre-Load adjuster knob by removing the screw located in the center of the knob, then pull it straight off. n As you mount the shock, feed the Remote Adjustable Pre-Load adjuster (knob removed) through opening between the frame and the rear of the motor – just behind & below where the shift-shaft comes out – on the left side of the bike (see figure 3 & 4) . Do not loosen or attempt to rotate the line between the shock and the adjuster. n Reinstall the adjuster knob, and torque the screw to 50 in/lbs (5.65 N-m). n Make sure the shock rebound adjustment is towards the rear and facing down and the pressure valve is towards the front facing up. n Tighten shock bolts to the proper torque specifications (refer to your manual). n Mount the adjuster to the supplied mounting bracket using the supplied M6-1.0X8mm SHCS fasteners and torque them to 80-90 in/lbs (9-10 N-m). Then mount the bracket to the bike using the two lower mounting bolt holes for the rectifier bracket as shown in figure 5 – one of which is the lower mounting bolt for the rectifier, which will be replaced with the supplied longer fastener. Reinstall the rectifier, sandwiching the adjuster bracket behind it (see figure 6) . n Using the supplied zip-ties, secure the hydraulic line away from any moving parts or heat sources. n Reinstall the secondary drive cover and rectifier cover (figure 7) , then proceed to adjust your ride height.

Step 1: Identify the key components that complete our SUPERBIKE brake line kit: You should have two (2) hoses, one (1) double banjo bolt, and two (2) male adapters with two 1.55mm thick washers. There are also a total of (7) washers. five (5) will be used, and two (2) are spares. We strongly suggest having a professional mechanic install these brake lines; all other installations VOID warranty. Step 2: To ensure no paint damage from a brake fluid spill, completely cover the front end of the bike. This process is messy, and brake fluid WILL drip! Step 3: Uninstall stock hoses; be aware of how the stock system was routed in case you need to re-install it. Step 4: Install the Galfer adapters onto the right and left calipers. Thread each adapter with the two thick crush washers provided into the calipers with one washer, and torque at 12 to 13 ft pounds. Step 5: Install the right and left lines to the calipers, using the shorter line on the right side. These lines will travel from the master cylinder to the calipers; a double banjo bolt is included to run two lines down. The positioning sequence on the master cylinder is as follows: Master cylinder, washer, 90 degree banjo from left line, washer, 90 banjo from right line, washer and double banjo hex. Double banjo bolt torque level is 12 FT Pounds. (For positioning see picture A) Make sure that the 90-degree fittings on each caliper are pointing away from the bike just a little bit (see picture B) . Thread each female end into the adapter, and torque to 6 ½ Ft pounds. Before you proceed to the next step, please check for clearance of the lines. Compress the front end to make sure that the lines are not binding with anything. When the front end is fully extended or fully compressed, double check that the lines are traveling correctly and clear from any obstructions. Once the lines have been checked for clearance, we recommend using (GALFER’S C-CLIP) to bring the lines together about the same level as the lower triple clamp.

1. Remove the pinch bolt from the bottom of the stock brake pedal. Notice that the slot in the pedal aligns with a punch mark on the end of the shaft. Using a needle- nose pliers disconnect the return spring from the pedal. Remove the pedal by sliding it outward until it touches the foot peg mount and then pushing the shaft inward. 2. Remove the pinch bolt from the new brake pedal and install it so that the slot is aligned with the punch mark on the end of the shaft. Install the pinch bolt and tighten it securely. Reconnect the pedal return spring

Step 1: Identify the key components that complete our Superbike kit: You should have 2 lines (front kit), 1 double banjo bolt and 2 lower adapters. There are also a total of 7 washers. 5 will be used, and 2 are spares. We strongly suggest having a professional mechanic install these brake lines; all other installations VOID warranty. Inspect your brake system after every race. Step 2: To ensure no paint damage from a brake fluid spill, completely cover the front end of the bike. This process is messy, and brake fluid WILL drip! Step 3: Uninstall stock hoses; be aware of how the stock system was routed in case you need to re-install it. Step 4: Install the Galfer adapters onto the right and left calipers. Thread each adapter into the calipers with one washer, and torque at 12 to 13 ft pounds. (See picture S4) Step 5: Install the right and left lines to the calipers, using the shorter line on the right side. These lines will travel from the master cylinder to the calipers; a double banjo bolt (see picture S5) is included to run two lines down. The positioning sequence on the master cylinder is as follows: Master cylinder, washer, straight banjo (from right line), washer, 12-degree banjo (from left line), washer, and double banjo hex. Double banjo bolt torque level is 12 FT Pounds. ( See picture S6) Make sure that the 90-degree fittings on each caliper are pointing away from the bike just a little bit (see pictures S7 through S9 of calipers) . Thread each banjo end into the adapter, and torque to 6 ½ Ft pounds. Before you proceed to the next step, please check for clearance of the lines. Compress the front end to make sure that the lines are not binding with anything. When the front end is fully extended or fully compressed, double check that the lines are traveling correctly and clear from any obstructions. Once the lines have been checked for clearance, we recommend using a zip-tie to bring the lines together about an inch above the lower triple clamp area. (Picture S10) Step 6: Bleed brake system according to owner’s manual, and build appropriate pressure. Finishing with DOT 4-brake fluid is recommended.

There are also a total of nine (9) washers. Seven (7) will be used, and two (2) are spares. We strongly suggest having a professional mechanic install these brake lines, and all other installations void warranty. Step 2: To ensure no paint damage from a brake fluid spill, completely cover the front end of the bike. This process is messy, and brake fluid WILL drip! Step 3: After drying out the OEM brake system, uninstall stock hoses. Take note of how the stock system was routed in case you need to re-install it. Please note there is a plastic shield on the lower triple clamp of your machine; we took this piece off to ease installation. Remove the OEM hose holder, and keep the bolt for later use. (See picture C) Step 4: Install the right and left (to your right and left as you sit on the bike) lines to the calipers, using the shorter line on the right side. These lines will travel from the master cylinder to the calipers; a double banjo bolt is included to run two lines down. The positioning sequence on the master cylinder is as follows: Double banjo hex, washer, straight banjo labeled for right line, washer, 12-degree banjo labeled for left line, washer, master cylinder. Please see picture A for reference! Double banjo bolts must be torqued at 12 FT pounds. Step 5: Route both brake lines through the enclosed c-clip, and attach to the lower triple clamp using the bolt from the OEM holder. (See picture B) Drop the lines down and thread the single banjo bolts at each caliper using the following sequence: single banjo hex, washer, 20-degree banjo, washer, thread into caliper. Torque banjo bolts to 12 FT pounds. Before you proceed to the next step, please check for clearance of the lines. Compress the front end to make sure that the lines are not binding with anything. When the front end is fully extended or fully compressed, double check that the lines are traveling correctly and clear from any obstructions

SUZUKI M109 ADJUSTABLE HIGHWAY PEG MOUNTS Installation Instructions

1. Starting on the left side of the motorcycle remove the two 14mm bolts that attach the left foot peg and shifter mounting bracket to the frame. Locate the longer two of the (4) supplied mounting bolts supplied, place a lock washer first and then a washer on each. Locate the left curved main mount (it will have its polished chrome side and the circle of dowel pin holes facing outward when installed on the left side). Place the bolts thru the bolts thru the holes in the mount the slide a spacer (supplied) over each bolt. Place the mount with the bolts and spacers thru the holes of the foot peg and shifter mounting bracket removed earlier and thread the bots into the frame then tighten securely 2. Repeat this procedure on the right side using the remaining shorter bolts, lock washers, washers, mount and spacers and again tighten securely. 3. Again starting on the left side install one of the dowel pins supplied into any of the holes in the mount, place one of the remaining mounting arms (they are the same left and right) onto the dowel pin that is closest to the position you want the arm to be in. Place one of the washers onto the large allen screws then thru the finished side of the arm and thread it into the center hole of the mount. 4. Repeat this procedure on the right side. Loosely install the foot peg set you have selected onto the arms. Sit on the motorcycle to see if you are comfortable with the position you have chosen. You can adjust the position of the arms in Ω” increments forward or back as follows. Remove the arm while leaving the pin in its hole, now move the pin to the next hole forward to rotate the arm back towards the rider Ω” or into the next hole back to rotate the arm forward Ω” and re-install the arm into the corresponding hole that is in the direction you want the arm to go. 5. Adjust the angle of the foot pegs so that they are both comfortable to your feet and will fold up and to the rear when not in use. Set the peg pivot bolts tight enough to hold the in the folded position but loose enough so that you can fold them down with your foot when you need them. Recheck all fasteners for tightness.

SUZUKI M109 PASSENGER FLOORBOARDS RELOCATION ARMS

1. If you are installing the relocation arms at the same time as the floorboards follow their instructions first and then refer to this sheet. 2. Fold the floorboards up, remove the allen screws that attach them to the round spacers, remove the floorboards and set aside. 3. Install the left and right relocation arms (marked with an L and R on the back side) onto the pins of the round spacers in the upper or lower position as desired. Using the allen screws and washers supplied bolt the arms to the round spacers and tighten securely. 4. Re-install the floorboards onto the relocation arms placing the supplied dowel pins into the set of holes on the relocation arms that allow the floorboards to be level or parallel with the ground. Install and tighten the allen screws removed earlier

REMOVING THE STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM 1. Loosenthe mounting bolt and pinch clamp on both left and right hand mufflers. 2. Loosenthe clamp on the crossover tube, located between the two mufflers. 3. Remove the two nuts that mount the front head pipe flange to the cylinder head. 4. Remove the two nuts that mount the rear head pipe flange to the cylinder head. 5. Remove the head pipes using a twisting motion to break the seal at the muffler and to clear the cylinder head. Note : If the exhaust coupler gaskets did not remain in the mufflers, remove them from the head pipes at this time. These coupler gaskets will not be reused in your new exhaust system. 6. Remove the mounting bolt from the left hand muffler. Remove the muffler, again using a twisting motion to seperate the crossover tube and set the muffler aside. (Save the stock mounting hardware for reuse). 7. Repeat step #6 on the the right hand muffler. Set the muffler aside. INSTALLING YOUR NEW VANCE & HINES EXHAUST SYSTEM 1. Check the stock exhaust gaskets to be sure they are in good shape. If you have any doubts as to their condition, replace them. 2. Reinstall the stock head pipes to the engine. Note : Leave the flange nuts loose at this time. 3. Remove the mufflers from their boxes. There are a left and right hand muffler in this system. To define the difference between the left and right mufflers, check the bracket that is welded to the back side of the muffler. Each muffler is stamped with it’s own part number. Part # D500 is the RIGHT muffler and Part # D550 is the LEFTmuffler. 4. Install a three hole mounting bracket to each of the mufflers. Slide one dog bone shaped nut plate under the bracket that is welded to the backside of each muffler. Attach the mounting bracket using two of the 5/16 flange head bolts (supplied), leave them loose at this time. Note : Each muffler bracket has a number stamped on it, #179 bracket is for the left hand muffler and #180 is for the right hand muffler. When the brackets are mounted correctly, the end of the bracket with the single hole should point to the inlet end (small end) of the muffler. Refer to figure 1.

1. Remove the windscreen/headlamp assembly by removing the two (2) 4mm allen screws located on the sides of the windscreen and the two plastic rivets at the top rear (push the center pin inward º” and then pull the rivet out). Pull the windscreen/headlamp forward to gain access to the rear, unplug the headlamp and set aside. 2. Locate the turn signal wire connections and unplug them from the wire harness. On the black connectors lift the tab up to unlock the connector and on the white ones use a small screwdriver inserted into one of the two longer slots and lift the center portion up while pulling the connector apart. Remove the screws which attach the turn signals to the chrome signal mounts located on the bottom of the mounts. Pull the turn signals out from the mounts and set aside. Looking thru the hole in the mount that the turn signals were in you will see a 4mm allen screw on each side, remove these. Remove remaining two (2) 6mm allen screws located on the bottom of the steering head that attach the mounts, remove and set aside. 3. Lay out the new turn signal mounting bar (see photo). Install the signals onto the bar as shown routing the wires thru the bar and out thru the slot in the center. Install the two (2) 6 x 8mm screws supplied and tighten securely. 4. Install the bar/signal assembly onto the steering head using the two (2) 6mm allen screws removed earlier (the brake hose clip should be on the bottom below the signal mount) and tighten securely. 5. Reconnect the turn signal wires (the pale blue/green wire goes to the right signal). Turn the ignition on and test the functions of the signals and running lights. Re-install the windscreen/headlamp assembly being sure to first plug in the headlamp
