PREPARATION NOTE For vehicles equipped with security siren: • Verify that the Hands-Free Fob is present. • Turn the ignition key switch to IGNITION. To prevent accidental vehicle start-up, which could cause death or serious injury, remove main fuse before proceeding. (00251b) 1. Refer to the owner’s manual and follow the instructions to remove the main fuse. INSTALLATION NOTE The Tour-Pak does not need to be removed from the vehicle to perform this installation. 1. Open the Tour-Pak lid and remove all items from the Tour- Pak base. 2. Models equipped with mat: Remove the mat. Models equipped with liner: Open the map pocket, and remove the acorn nuts with flat washers. Remove the map pocket and liner. 3. Remove four screws from the left-side speaker grille on the Tour-Pak. Remove the speaker grille from the speaker pod. 4. Remove the speaker from the speaker pod. Carefully pull the two socket terminals from the speaker spade contacts. 5. Remove the grommet, and draw the rear speaker/passenger controls connector out of the speaker pod. Separate the connector halves. 6. Repeat Steps 3 through 5 for the right-side speaker. 7. See Figure 1. Get the drill template (3) from the kit. If NOT equipped with power port: a. Remove one speaker pod mounting screw and flat washer. b. Align the drill template on the inside of the Tour-Pak with the speaker pod holes, and hold in place with the mounting screw and washer. c. Repeat for the remaining template mounting holes. If equipped with power port: a. Remove the two screws and flat washers to free the power port from the Tour-Pak. b. Align the drill template on the inside of the Tour-Pak with the power port holes, and hold in place with the mounting screws and washers. c. Repeat with the top speaker pod mounting screw and flat washer. NOTE Tighten the screws enough to hold the speaker pod in place as the pilot hole is drilled. 8. Where indicated on the template, drill a 3/16 inch (5 mm) diameter pilot hole through the Tour-Pak wall and speaker pod. 9. Remove the screws and speaker pod, and set aside. Turn the template over, and repeat Steps 7 and 8 on the left side of the Tour-Pak. NOTE Hole size will affect the fitment of the ports. The hole saw needs to be sharp. 10. Carefully drill a two inch (51 mm) diameter hole with a sharp hole saw, at the pilot location, through each speaker pod and in both locations on the Tour-Pak wall. 11. Temporarily install the Tour-Pak liner (if equipped), and mark the location of the two inch (51 mm) diameter holes on the outside of the liner. Remove the liner, and carefully cut the two holes in the liner front wall

If installing this system for use with existing marine stereo: Connect RCA Y adapter (sold separately) to music source cable and plug into Low Level outputs of the stereo. Do NOT use the included power switch. Attach the Amplifier Remote wire from stereo to the BLUE wire of the amplifier. The amplifier will now be turned on and off by your stereo. This step replaces the Power On/Off switch installation step. 2. Determine a location suitable for mounting the remote switches and speakers, paying close attention to clearance or obstructions. 3. Place tape over the desired speaker location and mark a center point. Use the speaker template(s) and mark the center of the 4 inch hole to be cut for each speaker. 4. Pre-solder both terminals of each speaker. 5. Using a 4″ hole saw, drill holes for each speaker. 6. Place a speaker in each hole and mark the mounting screw locations before drilling pilot holes. 7. Drill 1/8″ pilot holes for speaker mounting screws at the screw locations. 8. Position amplifier making sure to pick a location that has tolerance for drilling and for the depth (1 inch) of the mounting screws. You will secure the amplifier later. 9. Feed the red/black speaker wires from the amplifier through the speaker holes. 10. Place the red speaker wire from the amplifier against the small pre- soldered speaker terminal and flow the solder together with your soldering iron.

POWER & SPEAKER HARNESS INSTALLATION- (Read electrical connections prior to connecting center power and ground wires) 1. Disconnect battery (negative cable first!) 2. Remove outer faring cover 3. Route long speaker wires from fairing area through tank channel to seat area. 4. Route one pair of speaker wires under each fender strut support; purple and purple and black wires to the right and green and green and black wires to the left. AMPLIFIER INSTALLATION- 1. Factory installed electronics will determine suggested placement of amplifier. 2. Position and attach amplifier to outer fairing support bars with supplied wire ties. (Electra/Ultra/Street Glide) BAGGER AUDIO™ LIDS INSTALLATION- Detach factory lid by removing the 2 screws holding the factory strap to inner lid and 5 small torque screws holding lid to factory latch assembly. (Consult factory service manual for further instructions) Remove metal strap from behind factory seal (This is the metal strap that the previous 5 small torque screws were removed from) Position metal strap in same location on your new lid. (If you purchased your product unpainted, you must install the supplied seal to your finished lid) Reattach BAGGER AUDIO™ LIDS by installing the 5 small torque screws in the same location as on the factory lid. (We suggest that you have an assistant hold the lid in place while attaching your new lids) Replace factory nylon Hinge straps with new nylon straps supplied in kit. Use metal straps and machined screws to secure the nylon hinge straps. 
 Place a small bead of silicone on the inside rim of the speaker basket to create a watertight seal between the inside of the lid and the speaker. 
 Install speaker into the bottom of the lid (not through the top opening) with supplied stainless screws and washers (4 per lid). Be sure to center speaker in lid opening to ensure proper speaker grill placement. Install speaker with terminals facing toward the front of the lid. One 1/4″ hole must be drilled in each bag. Holes can be positioned at the ownerʼs discretion. Place rubber grommet in drilled hole before running wires

Installation NOTE Do not install this product below 60°Fahrenheit or the speaker trim will not adhere properly. NOTE Trim rings cannot be repositioned after initial installation so be certain the trim rings are properly aligned. 1. Gently brush or vacuum each speaker grill to remove any dust or dirt particles. 2. Cut 8 one inch long strips of narrow masking tape. 3. Without removing the adhesive backing, position the trim rings against the speaker grill. 4. Rotate trim rings into desired position and hold in place. 5. See Figure 1. Apply masking tape directly to the speaker grill above and below the trim ring cross bar and on both sides of the center Bar and Shield logo. This will serve as an installation template. 6. Remove trim ring adhesive backing. 7. Align trim ring with the masking tape template and press firmly into place. 8. Remove masking tape template. 9. Allow adhesive to cure for 24 hours before operating the motorcycle

The SA314 speaker bracket mounts on the left side crash bar of your motorcycle. If you have a light mounted here, the bracket mounting screws may share some or all of the mounting holes. 1. Secure the mounting brackets to the SA314 speaker using the provided hardware. Make sure that the brackets are properly oriented before proceeding. 2. Now secure the bracket onto the motorcycle using the supplied mounting hardware as shown below. 3. Connect the speaker to your siren as outlined in your siren installation manual. Note: Always be sure the siren is mounted so that the wires exit the bottom of the siren. This will position the siren’s drain hole on the bottom for proper drainage. IMPORTANT! Use the loop on the Duster as a guide to locate the Hook Strip on the front of the bed. Clean the area and install the Adhesive Hook Strip as in Step 1. Install Adhesive Hook Strip to Front of Bed Cut the Adhesive Hook Strip into six (6) pieces to match the loop sewn to the Duster. Use the loop on the Duster as a guide to locate the Hook Strip on the sides of the bed and the tailgate. Clean the areas with a 50% Water/Alcohol Solution. Peel the backing off the hook a little at a time and press it fi rmly into place. Install Adhesive Hook Strip Allow 72 hours for the adhesive to set. Avoid unnecessary fastening and unfastening of the Duster during this period. Open Bed Open the bed of the vehicle. Tailgate Adhesive Hook Strip Allow 72 hours for the adhesive to set. Avoid unnecessary fastening and unfastening of the Duster during this period. Secure Duster to Front of Bed Fasten the loop sewn to the front of the Duster to the Adhesive Hook Strip on the front of the bed

Using an awl, pierce through the seals in the holes on the left side bed lining Install the left latch to the left side bed lining with three hex bolts While wearing eye protection, drill a 3 mm hole at the mark on the left side of the tailgate. Widen the hole with a 8 mm drill bit. To prevent damage to the inner vehicle parts, wrap a tape around the drill bit tip to the root in the measurement as shown. Remove any burrs Align the non-threaded wedge with the threaded wedge at three joints between the left and center tubes, then secure the wedges with one T-20 torx screw each.

This kit fits 2006 and later FLHT (Electra Glide®), FLHTC (Electra Glide Classic), FLHX (Street GlideTM) and FLTR (Road Glide®) model motorcycles. INSTALLATION 1. Have a Harley-Davidson dealer perform the speaker software flash to the previously installed AM/ FM/ CD Radio. 2. Refer to the Service Manual and follow the instructions given to remove the seat and the left-side saddlebag. The right-side saddlebag does not need to be removed, but you may choose to do so in order to prevent damage during the installation of this kit. 3. Follow the instructions in the Service Manual to remove the maxi-fuse. NOTE The Tour-Pak does not have to be removed from the vehicle to perform this installation. 4. Open the Tour-Pak lid and remove all items from the Tour- Pak base. 5. Models with rubber mat: Remove the mat. Models with molded liner: Open the map pocket and remove the acorn nuts with flat washers. Remove the map pocket and liner. 6. Position the the right-side template flat onto the right front corner of the Tour-Pak. a. Fit the notched corner on the left side of the template to the Tour-Pak latch. b. INSTALLTION INSTRUCTIONS – Mule 600/610 (4010 Trans skip to pg 4) 1. Place Roof Panel on top of UTV Roll cage and center front to back, and left to right. 2. Using Figure 1 Below – place UTV Roof Mounting Brackets around roll cage bar and using a marker, mark the position of the holes needed in the roof for each Roof Mounting bracket . Figure 1 Copyright 2007 DiamondBack Automotive Accessories, Inc. Page 3 3. Next, remove the roof from the roll cage and using a drill with 1/4″ bit, drill holes using the marks as a guide. 4. Cut (4) 3″ strips of adhesive foam and apply to roof in where mounting brackets are positioned to prevent roof rattling once mounted. Foam should run in the direction of the roll cage as shown in Figure 1 above. 5. Next, reposition the roof on the roll cage according to step 1. 6. Prior to attaching the roof mount brackets, cut the remaining adhesive foam in half and apply one section to the roof in the center of the roof where roof and each roll cage bar meet as shown in Figures 1 above. If additional tape is required to prevent rattling it can be purchased from any hardware store as window sealant foam tape. 7. Next, attach the roof mount brackets according to Figure 2. Use channel locks or pliers to hold top of carriage bolt and turn nut with 7/16″ socket.
