1. Place the faulty radio in the same box in which the exchange radio was sent. THE FAULTY RADIO (CORE) MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME BOX IN WHICH THE EXCHANGE RADIO WAS SHIPPED. These boxes are identified by the label shown below which is printed on the inside of the lid. 2. Fill out the pre-printed FedEx airbill that came in the box with the exchange radio. The airbill should have the following address preprinted on it: AHM Remanufactured Parts c/o NK Parts Industries Inc./West 2640 Campbell Rd. Sidney, OH 45365-8836 • Do not use an ordinary FedEx airbill. The pre- addressed airbill has a special account number on it for the exchange program. If you need more airbills, call the Radio Order Desk toll free, not your assigned Parts Center . • Write your dealer number and the warranty claim number in the area shown in the sample airbill ffix the FedEx Airbill to the outside of the box. Radios sent in a box not bearing the correct FedEx airbill will not be accepted for reimbursement under this program. 4. Enclose a copy of the HONDANET for Windows warranty claim in the box. If the claim form is incomplete or not in the box, the faulty radio will be returned to your dealership. 5. Ship the faulty radio to the preprinted address on the airbill. NOTE: Do not ship the faulty radio to the manufacturer or the Warranty Parts Inspection (WPI) Center. 6. For your records, on the repair order include the following: • warranty claim number • original part number • FedEx airbill number When the faulty radio is received, a core credit will be posted to your dealership’s Balance Forward Account. The credit can be identified by the claim number + “CORE” (e.g., 12345/CORE). REMEMBER: A copy of the HONDANET for Windows warranty claim must be included in the box. If you took receipt of your Cobra CM50 prior to April 22, 2004 the valving in the rear shock is incorrect causing excessive bottoming and bouncing of the rear end. The serial number of the shocks needing corrected is CO4940. Owners of 2004 model CM50s are being asked to send the shock to Öhlins USA, Inc. , at no charge, to receive the production intent valving. Please follow these steps when sending your shock with spring to Öhlins. 1. Remove the spring a. Clean the unit of dirt. b. Secure the end bushings in place with safety wire or ‘zip’ tie. c. Include your name and return address (indicate whether residential or business address)

A. Rookie Racers who wish to take this Officially Sanctioned School in preparation for their
participation in the 2010 Honda CBR125R Challenge held in conjunction with the 2010 Parts
Canada Superbike Championship (opening double header National round for the CBR125R
Challenge is May 27-30 at ICAR, Mirabel, north of Montreal, Quebec).
B. Current, licensed CBR125R series racers looking for track time in preparation for the upcoming
National series. Series AMB Scoring transmitters will be available for racer use at the venue.
C. Street riders who would like to try their stock CBR125R machines in a controlled environment;
Requirements:
1. Participants must be 18 years of age, or accompanied by an officially recognized parent or
guardian. The minimum age for participants is 13 – proof of age and ID are required. All
participants will be required to sign a release, waiver and minor permission Forms where
applicable. ID is required.
2. Participants must use a Snell 2005 or newer standard full face helmet, full race leathers (or
leather jacket with textile riding pants, zipped together), leather gloves and leather motorcycle
boots of at least eight inches in height.
3. Headlights and turn signals must be taped in case of breakage; mirrors must be removed.
Technical staff will be on hand to assist participants, and Orion Motorsports will provide Pirelli

Gasoline/alcohol fuel may contain up to 5% methanol if appropriate cosolvents and corrosion inhibitors are present in it. 5.If the performance of the vehicle is unsatisfactory while using blended gasoline/alcohol fuel, you should switch to alcohol-free unleaded gasoline. 6.Failure to follow these guidelines could possibly void applicable warranty coverage. 1. Start the engine with the transmission in neutral or park. Listen for air leaks or odd noises. For air leaks secure hoses and connections. For odd noises, fi nd cause and repair before proceeding. This kit will function identically to the factory system except for being louder and much more responsive. 2. Test drive the vehicle. Listen for odd noises or rattles and fi x as necessary. 3. If road test is fi ne, you can now enjoy the added power and performance from your kit. 4. K&N Engineering, Inc., suggests checking the air fi lter element periodically for excessive dirt build-up. Position the motorcycle securely on its stand or a work stand. Cover the front fender and fuel tank with a cloth to avoid scratches from dropped tools. 1. INSTALLATION Measurements provided for clamp location. From this point you can adjust the brackets 1″ (22mm) higher if you prefer keeping in mind, position of the front nose of windshield should have a minimum of 1/2″ (13mm) clearance from cowling .
