Turn the ignition switch ON. 2. Open the window halfway by pressing the power window switch. 3. Fully pull up the switch until the power window is fully closed and continue to hold the switch for at least three (3) seconds after the power window is fully closed. 4. Check that the “AUTO UP/DOWN” function operates normally. B. Back Door Power Window (4Runner) 1. Turn the ignition switch ON. 2. Open the back door glass. 3. Press the back door power window switch until the door glass is fully closed and continue to hold the switch one (1) second or more after the door glass is fully closed. 4. Check that the “AUTO UP/DOWN” function operates normally. C. Power Sliding Roof (4Runner, Sienna, Solara) 1. Turn the ignition switch ON. 2. Initialize the sliding roof by pressing and holding the TILT UP switch until the roof glass tilts upward fully (the roof glass automatically tilts downward slightly after fully tilting upward). 3. AUDIO CABLE CONNECTION 1. See Figure 3. Obtain the larger clip (4) and the coiled headset audio cable (2) from the kit. Install the 3.5 mm stereo jack end of the cable into the clip. 2. Connect the 3.5 mm stereo jack from the headset audio cable to the audio output socket on the Road Tech riser radio, satellite radio or other audio device. Position the clip in the area indicated in Figure 1, and rotate as needed to allow easy insertion and removal of the cable jack and audio output socket. 2 1 is04347 1. For FLHT models 2. Clean the clip mounting area with a mixture of 50 to 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30 to 50% distilled water. Allow to dry thoroughly. 4. Peel the liner from the adhesive backing of the clip. Carefully position the clip to the mounting surface, and press firmly into place. Hold the clip in position with steady pressure for 30 seconds. Be sure that steering is smooth and free without interference. Interference with steering could result in loss of vehicle control and death or serious injury. Starting at the beginning of production for the 2002 model year for Lexus and 2004 for Toyota, a spin-off of the U140/U240 Four speed transaxle, designated as the U150/U250 series was born. This transmission is classified as a 5 speed transmission, although it has 6 ratio’s possible in the Drive position. The U150/250 is very similar to it’s smaller brother, the U140, and actually uses some of the same parts. This Transaxles shift points, and shift feel are electronically controlled by a Powertrain Control Module. This is accomplished by the PCM monitoring engine load and adjusting solenoid duty cycle to match pressure rise and shift feel. The PCM also monitors the turbine and output speed sensors to calculate gear ratio and the Transmission Range Sensor for gear selection.

NOTE: Use the same procedure for the LH side as the RH side. 1. Place the window in the down position. 2. Remove the window run. Completely remove the double-sided tape remaining on the frame. 3. Thoroughly clean the door frame using a white body shop towel and Kent Acrysol. NOTE: Do NOT use red shop towels. These towels contain silicone. 4. Install the door glass window run. A. Position the glass run at the No. 2 and No. 3 corners of the door frame and then attach the middle part of the run. B. Insert the glass run into the window run channels. NOTE: Do NOT apply water or lubricant to the glass run when inserting it into the door. Make sure the glass run fits securely into the holes of the door frame
