INSPECTION PROCEDURE: Inspect the Wiper Fuse. Verify there is power and ground to the Wiper Motor on all speeds (including “Intermittent” or “Mist” if applicable). After verifying power and ground to the Wiper Motor, follow the procedure below to prevent unnecessary Wiper Motor replacement because of a temporary open in the Wiper Motor Circuit Breaker. 1) Disconnect the Wiper Motor Harness Connector. 2) Wait (10) minutes before checking continuity. 3) Check the continuity of the motor with an ohmmeter. REPRESENTATIVE CHECKING PROCEDURE: NOTE: Continuity check can be performed between either the low speed or high speed terminal and the ground terminal of the wiper motor. The standard resistance of a good wiper motor is approximately 1.5 to 4.5 ohm

Confirm that the cradle is set in the optimized position setting (See RECOMMENDED CRADLE SETTINGS) for the entering tire and wheel. Adjustment of cradle is crucial for optimum retention. Optimum retention is achieved by trying different settings. ( REFER TO CAUTION PARAGRAPH BELOW ): If the optimum vertical support is achieved, the motorcycle will hold itself upright. If optimum retention is not achieved try different cradle settings. ( REFER TO CAUTION PARAGRAPH BELOW ). Once cradle is positioned, tighten the brakes using the eye bolts and place the Cycle Loader in front of the motorcycle. Push or drive the motorcycle, centered into unit, until the cradle of the Cycle Loader has fully engaged the wheel. Once the wheel is cradled, proceed to push further into the Cycle Loader until the wheel has engaged the front stop. If the optimum vertical support is achieved, the motorcycle will hold itself upright. As an extra precaution, an optional Velcro strap may be used to strap the cradled wheel to the front stop (Optional Velcro strap purchased separately). Always strap Velcro through the wheel and around the front stop below the upper front stop flange. Loosen the brakes and use two (2) tie-down straps to secure the motorcycle to the two front eyebolts of the Cycle Loader. Hook wench to Ω” ‘U’ hook in front of Cycle Loader. Use the wench to pull the Cycle Loader with motorcycle up the flat bed. Once the motorcycle is all the way on the flat bed, the bike should be secured to the flat bed itself. For more information on use, refer to www.condor- lift.com. RECOMMEDED CRADLE SETTINGS: The Condor® Cycle Loader is designed so that for every tire/wheel size within the ranges specified a minimum of 2 cradle settings is suitable. **The optimum cradle setting for a specific tire would be, the setting that allows the cradle to tilt flush with the unit/ or º” below the opening in the main unit where the cradle sits, without touching.** The 2nd optimum setting would be the setting forward from the optimum setting away from the entry direction. If less retention is desired at any time due to too much retention or sticking, the cradle may be moved away from the entry direction one notch. RACING APPLICATIONS: For bikes with GP or low durometer front tires compounds, use the 5th cradle setting from the entry directions. CAUTION: Always make sure that all fasteners are tight and all pins are in place prior to use. Understand the limitations of this product and do not exceed these limitations. Always make sure that the unit’s cradle settings are optimum for the tire size of the motorcycle before use. For bikes with very low fenders and or cowlings, a custom cradle may be purchased fitted to specific tire sizes, so as not to make contact. For standard sport bike front wheel combinations, the 1, 2, 3, front settings may be suitable. 1. Always inspect the lift for freight damage and make note of any damage on the bill of lading. 2. In case of freight damage, call the truck line immediately and report the damage as a freight claim. Final Set-Up for model Pro-Cycle This lift is more than 90% factory pre-assembled. The following steps will guide you through the final set-up. IT WOULD BE EASIER FOR TWO MEN TO COMPLETE FOLLOWING STEPS. 1. Unpack the lift from the shipping skid. With the lift table up side down, connect the air hose to the air cylinder (Part # 26). 2. After tightening the hose to the cylinder, flip the lift over with the table surface up. 5 3. Lift up the table manually to the first lock position to make sure the lift is rising freely. Lubricateing the joints again before use will ensure a better performance of the lift. 4. Connect the other end of the air hose to the foot-operated valve. Then connect the foot- operated valve to 100 PSI air supply. DO NOT USE AIR SUPPLY WITH PRESSURE MORE THAN 100 PSI. 5. Release the safety bar by pushing the handle down. Operate the foot valve by stepping on the footpad forward to raise the lift. The safety bar should engage the ladder automatically while lift is rising. Step on the footpad again to set the pad in middle position to stop the lift when it reaches the desired height. ALWAYS LOWER LIFT IN THE NEAREST LOCKED POSITION BEFORE BEGINNING WORK. NEVER USE THE LIFT UNLESS YOU ARE IN A LOCKED POSITION. The lift should never be left unattended while attached to air pressure. Disconnect the air pressure when lift is not attended by qualified persons. 6. Install the vise using bolts and nuts supplied with the lift (part # 6 to 12). See fig #1. 7. Install the approach ramp by dropping it into the holes punched on the rear edge of the table. The final Set-Up for the Pro-Cycle model is complete

DEFINITIONS MOTORCYCLE Any motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the rider that is designed to travel with no more than three wheels contacting the ground, including any bicycle with a motor or driving wheels attached. MOTORIZED BICYCLE A pedal bicycle which has a helper motor, or a non-pedal bicycle which has a motor, with a cylinder capacity not exceeding fifty (50) cubic centimeters, an automatic transmission, and which is capable of a maximum speed of no more than thirty (30) miles per hour (mph) . OPERATION OF MOTORIZED BICYCLES Under Massachusetts law, mopeds fall into the category of “motorized bicycles”(with or without pedals) and are therefore regulated by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles. Individuals must have a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license to operate a motorized bicycle or moped. Mopeds must have automatic transmissions and cylinder capacities of no more than 50 cubic centimeters. In addition, mopeds must meet all federal motor vehicle safety standards and have maximum speeds of no more than 30 mph. The following limitations apply:  Individuals may not operate at speeds greater than 25 mph;  Individuals may not operate on state highways or limited- access roads with signs prohibiting bicycles;  Individuals may not operate on off-street recreational paths;  Individuals may use bicycle lanes along roadways;  Individuals must use the proper hand signals before stopping or turning;  Individuals and their passengers must wear United States Department of Transportation (US DOT) approved helmets when operating;  Individuals may not carry passengers while operating on a permit.

1. Starting on the right side (towards the front of the motor) locate the three mounting bolts that secure the brake assembly bracket (a chrome tube) to the bottom of the motor. Remove the bottom and front bolts. Repeat for left side. 2. Locate the front motor mount bolt. This is the black bolt located at the very front of the engine about halfway down behind the radiator. Remove the nut from this bolt on the left side. Properly secure the bike and use a jack to lift up on the motor to release the pressure from the motor mount bolt. Remove the bolt. 3. On the right side place the motor mount bolt thru the upper mounting hole of the right tip over bar. Install the tip over bar by feeding the motor mount bolt thru the original hole and inserting the two bolts (supplied) into the bottom mounting holes. (Do not tighten yet.) 4. On the left side install the top of the left tip over bar by inserting it into the right side tip over bar. Align the tip over bar so that the motor mount bolt extends thru the upper mounting hole. Thread the original locking nut onto the motor mount bolt a couple of turns. Now align the bottom of the tip over bar and install the remaining two bolts (supplied). Tighten the motor mount bolt (torque to 28-32 ft/lbs) and the lower four bolts (torque to 14-18 ft/lbs) securely. 5. Re-check all hardware for tightness

The new R 1200 RT-P features a completely new LED emergency lighting concept developed by BMW and Code 3 PSE. The new system combines all currently desired emergency lighting into optimally focused compact LED light modules. These modules accommodate an additional 45 degree front LED module that blankets the front quadrants in emergency light. Together with an integrated wiring harness and programmable flash control module, the new system can provide any current flashing sequence / switching combination through settings on the programmable flasher. Example: If the motor will be used in California, program the flasher for steady-burn left front LED light, with no change in the LED light or the wiring. If the motor is sold or operated in a different venue later, change the program flasher for 49 state operation. The rear light module combines rear and side facing LED emergency lights, together with rear-facing brake/tail LED and side turn signal LED lights. Additional rear facing LED emergency lights can be installed and powered in conjunction with the rear facing lights, or controlled by photo- eye to disable the lights during the dark to reduce glare at night / low light situations. The programmable flasher can provide 12 flash patterns, with wiring splitting the motor between left and right side for alternating flash patterns. Light sequencing begins with rear, programmable rear and front side lights, as well as front and 45 degree front lights. A rear cancel switch allows riders to disable the rear lights while retaining the side and front lights – usually used for protective service details. The programmable flasher also provides for a primary and secondary flash pattern, so during code 3 operation, the emergency lights will display the primary pattern until the siren is activated, at which time the flasher changes to the alternative pattern for 7 seconds after each siren tone change. This feature known as InterClear provides a visual and audible alert to those nearby

1. Locate the stock flasher unit on your motorcycle and remove it. Refer to your motorcycle’s shop manual. 2. Using either the test light or voltmeter, connect or touch one lead to the chassis or ground. Turn on the ignition switch. 3. Then touch the probe of either the test-light or the other lead of the voltmeter to one of wires or contacts where the flasher was removed from. If using the test-light, the light will light up when the supply line has been located. If using the voltmeter, the meter will indicate a voltage value, if present. Important Notice: Verify which grounding type your motorcycle is using before performing one of the following procedures. This can simply be done by seeing which terminal of the battery is connected to the motorcycle’s chassis or frame. Figure 3 • Positive Earth: Connect the black wire (-V) into the contact that indicated power was present. Plug the white wire (O/P) into the other contact, which did not have any power present. Turn off the ignition switch. Cut off the connector on the red wire w/ fuse holder (+V); strip the insulation back about ¼” (6 mm) and install the ring terminal on the wire, then ground the ring terminal to a chassis bolt or screw. If ground is not available via the chassis, then connect to an earth (ground) wire from the wiring harness. • Negative Ground: Connect red wire w/ fuse holder (+V) into the contact that indicated power was present. Plug the white wire (O/P) into the other contact, which did not have any power present. Turn off the ignition switch. Cut off the connector on the black wire (-V); strip the insulation back about ¼” (6 mm) and install the ring terminal on the wire, then ground the ring terminal to a chassis bolt or screw. If ground is not available via the chassis, then connect to a ground wire from the wiring harness

This t-tap plug is designed to work with Cycle Sounds audio systems. However it can be used to wire many add on 12 volt accessories to you Harley Davidson motorcycle. This plug is rated for 6-8 amps of power and should not be used for adding any product that is rated for more than the t-tap plug is rated for. Take the time to check the products power rating for which you want to install to make sure it is compatible with the t-taps amperage rating. Failure to do so couldlead to electrical failures, which could result in serious injuries or even death. it is possible to overload your motorcycles charging system by adding too many electrical accessories. U se amp meter to verify all power connections. Also check product power ratings for anything you are trying to install. Exceeding the maximum amperage can lead to electrical failures, which could result in serious injuries or even death. INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1: remove seat on bike and locate the wire harness under the seat that matches the plugs on the t-tap harness (2120-0026.) Location may vary between bike models. Step 2: unplug bike harness and snap each end of t-tap harness in correct plug opening. When finished connect power wires to the male plug.(all Cycle Sounds audio systems come pre wired with correct wire colors and terminals). When using this t-tap for any other 12 volt accessory, make sure the red and black wires are snapped into their proper pin connectors. Kit does not come with power terminals for the accessories device. See your local bike dealer for purchase of terminals

In this way, the fluid circulates between the pump and the motor. Movement of distributor valves and pistons The distributor valves play an important role in fluid circulation. The valves are placed both in the oil pump and motor. When the pump pistons move to the compression side, the valves connect the piston chamber and the high- pressure chamber. When the pump pistons move to the expansion side, the valves allow a connection between the piston chamber and the low-pressure chamber. The valve in the oil motor moves opposite to its counterpart in the pump, ensuring the circulation of fluid within the system

1. These instructions start with the right side mirror. Grab the mirror housing as shown and slowly push down to disengage housing from motorcycle. 2. Once you have the mirror housing removed partially, twist and remove the light bulb from mirror housing. Remove mirror housing and set it on a cloth covered surface. 3. Remove the factory mirror by inserting a slotted screwdriver against each mirror mount snaps. Slowly twist and pry each snap until it releases from motor actuator. Repeat process until factory mirror disengages. NOTE: Insert the slotted screwdriver as close to each of the snaps as possible before prying out the OE mirror. Not doing so may cause the crossbar on the motor actuator to break. Connect the two mating connectors from the adapter Signal® mirror wire harness and the new Signal® mirror wire harness. Cut a slot in the foam disc to accommodate the anti-vibration prongs on the motor adapter. Place the foam disc onto the center of the Signal® mirror motor interface. Connect the Signal® mirror mating connector to the Signal® mirror wire harness. 5. Remove Cap Sheet from two-sided adhesive disc on back of Signal ® mirror. Align the anti-rotation prongs found on the top and bottom or left and right with the corresponding slots on the motor mount. Use the palm of your hand, push down on the Signal® mirror and the mirror housing until the Signal® mirror motor mount is fully engaged. Note: Push firmly on all sides of the Signal® mirror to ensure proper engagement and travel. Not doing so could result in mirror falling off. 6. Locate the light bulb and carefully disconnect the original light blue with black stripe wire [hot wire]. Connect the red wire from the Signal® mirror wire harness to the spade terminal on the light bulb. Connect the original light blue with black stripe wire to the other spade terminal located on the red wire of the Signal® mirror wire harness. Repeat the process for the original brown wire and the black wire from the Signal® mirror wire harness [ground wires]. Insert the light bulb back into the mirror housing. 7. Align the 3-pins with their corresponding snap holes and snap the mirror housing into place. 8. Insert key into the ignition and turn to the “ON” position. Activate the right hand turn indicator to verify that the new Signal® mirror is working correctly. Replace any other accessories necess
