Remove the bolt that holds the ground wires and bracket for the alternator connectors to the frame on the left hand side of the bike. This allows access to the Throttle Position Sensor connector. Unplug the stock wiring harness from the Throttle Position Sensor (Fig. F).Remove the main seat and the passenger seat. Remove the fuel tank cover. Remove the left hand fairing. Prop the fuel tank up. Lay the PCIII in the tail section temporarily and route the harness underneath the tail sec- tion (Fig. A). Removing the 4 bolts that hold the tail sectionb in place will make this easier Route the harness towards the throttle bodies (Fig. B) Attach the ground wire from the PCIII to the negative side of the battery.

Make sure the motorcycle is cool and place securely on a service lift or stand. 2) Remove the two bolts securing the rider seat to the motorcycle. Remove the seat. See Figure #1 3) Using the key, remove the passenger seat. 4) Remove the bolts and push pin fasteners securing the tail section to the sub frame. Carefully spread the tail section and remove it from the motorcycle. See Figur ) Disconnect the turn signal & tail light plugs on the left side of the sub frame. 6) Remove the four bolts securing the complete rear fender assembly (including the tail light & turn signals) and the rear reflectors to the sub frame. Remove from the motorcycle. See Figure #2 7) Remove the two nuts from the back side of the reflectors and retain to be used elsewhere in Step #38. 8) Remove the two bolts securing the right side passenger peg. Remove the passenger peg. See Figure #4 9) Remove the bolt from the inside of the stock s-bend heat shield located behind the rear brake reservoir. See Figure #5 10)Remove the bolt securing the silver plastic heel cover from the right side rider peg mount. Remove the cover. Step 1: Identify the key components that complete our Superbike kit: You should have 2 lines (front kit), 1 double banjo bolt and 2 lower adapters. There are also a total of 7 washers. 5 will be used, and 2 are spares. We strongly suggest having a professional mechanic install these brake lines; all other installations VOID warranty. Inspect your brake system after every race. A: Left Caliper (looking at the bike from the front, not seating on it) Step 2: Cover the complete front end of the bike so that if any brake fluid does spill the paint will not be damaged, brake fluid will spill, there is no question!! Step 3: Uninstall stock hoses; be aware of how the stock system was routed in case you need to re-install it. Step 4: Install onto the calipers the Galfer male adapters, the course thread area threads to the caliper with one washer.Torque level is 12 to 13 ft pounds. See Picture C
