This box requires the presence of a mounting plate secured to the motorcycle’s luggage rack. If the bike in question is not equipped with a mounting plate, one must be fabricated prior to installation of this box. Five mounting holes (.281″ dia.) are required to mount this box. If the motorcycle is already equipped with a mounting plate, it may be necessary to drill the 5 mounting holes required for this installation. Use the diagram shown to determine the precise location of these holes. 1. Position the box onto the mounting plate. Align the 5 vibration dampeners with the 5 mounting holes in the mounting plate. 2. Using the illustrations shown, secure the box to the mounting plate using the provided hardware. Note: Your luggage rack may already have the correct mounting holes drilled. Check the measurements below and if these holes already exist at the proper distance, remove any existing mounting hardware from the holes and secure the box with the supplied mounting hardware. 3. Place the box into its mounting position on the deck and secure it with the supplied mounting hardware as shown in the diagram. Wiring: Diagrams for optional equipment are found below. 1. Remove the license plate. Remove the license plate mounting bracket from the fender. Remove the two screws from the tail light lens and pull the light outward, unplug the wire connector and set aside. Unplug the turn signal wire connectors from the tail light base and push them out thru the hole in the fender. Looking up underneath the rear fender remove the wires from the clips that secure them to the bottom side of the fender. Cut the wires 2″ from the plugs as shown in photo 1. 2. Unscrew the signal housings from their mounting stems while rotating the wires on the inside of the fender so as not to twist them off while unscrewing the signal from the stem. Remove the signals pushing the wires thru from the inside while pulling the signal outward. Remove the nuts from the backside of the fender that secure the stems and remove the stems. 3. Assemble the license/turn signal bracket, turn signals. Place the smaller reinforcing bracket inside the license plate bracket. Locate the two supplied 5/16″ X 1″ bolts with holes drilled thru the center and the two supplied 5/16″ long spacers. Place the bolts thru the brackets from the inside, threads facing outward followed by the spacers. Thread the wires of the signals thru the bolts and thread the bolts into the signals and snug the bolts. 4. Mounting the LED lights a. Locate the supplied LED tail/brake lights. NOTE: this license plate holder is designed for the new U.S. standardized 7″ wide license plate. If you have an old style wider plate call us at the phone number below and we will send you a separate set of chrome brackets to work with your larger plate at no charge. b. Install the lights as shown in photos 2 & 3. Thread the wires of the LED lights thru the lower holes in the license bracket, peel the adhesive backing and press them firmly in place. Cut the wires off at about 18″ long. c. Install the license plate bracket with signals and LED lights onto the rear fender as shown in photos 2 & 3. Place the two supplied 1/4″ X 1″ flat head screws thru the license plate mounting block. Notice that the thicker half of the mounting block goes toward the top of the fender. d. Next route all the wires from the right turn signal and LED into the slot or notch on the backside of the mounting block followed by the rubber mounting gasket. Install the two nuts from the underside of the fender (Removed from the original license bracket.) onto the two flat head screws and snug them being sure the wires are all in the slot of the mounting block. Run all of the signal and LED wires thru the hole in the fender to the left of the mounting block. e. Install the license plate assembly onto the mounting block using the two supplied 1/4″ X 1/2″ flat head screws. Check the slack from all the wires and again be sure the wires are not pinched between the mounting block and the fender. Tighten all four flat head screws securely. Align the turn signals and tighten their mounting bolts securely.

1. Remove the license plate. Remove the license plate holder assembly from the rear fender (three 8mm Allen bolts 5mm wrench). Remove the five 4mm Allen screws underneath the rear fender which secure the taillight/turn signal assembly to the rear fender (3mm wrench). As shown in photo #2, pull the taillight assembly out away from the fender, turn it over, place a towel or rag between the light and fender and allow it to rest on the fender. 2. Locate the supplied triangular license plate mounting block, two 8 x 20mm Allen screws with holes driiled thru and three rubber washers. Place the two Allen screws thru the upper holes in the block and the rubber washers over the screws on the backside of the block. Start the screws into the upper holes on the fender. Use one of the three screws removed earlier from the original mount in the remaining lower hole of the new block sliding the remaining rubber washer between the block and fender. Tighten all three Allen screws secure enough to compress the rubber washers (4-6 ft lbs.). 3. Locate the supplied license plate mounting plate and LED lights. Cut off the excess red and black wires at the end of the black loom or tube. Referring to photo (1) thread the wires of the LED lights thru the small holes in the mounting plate, peel the cover from the adhesive backing on the lights and press them firmly into place as shown. 4. Locate the three supplied ¼” x ½” flat head Allen screws. Hold the plate up to the mounting block installed earlier with the wires at the bottom of the plate. Thread the wires from the LED lights thru the holes in the upper bolts of the block. Install the plate onto the block using the three flat head screws being sure to keep the exposed wire behind he plate as short as possible and fitting into the slot or cut out at the edge of the block. Snug the screws and again check to see tat the wires are in the slot or cut out in the block and do not become pinched as the screws are tightened. Tighten the screws securely. 5. Where the wires from the taillight go thru the fender there is a grommet, pull this grommet out from the fender. Thread the wires from the LED lights thru the grommet with the other wires. Replace the grommet into the fender and remove any slack from the wires under the fender. Cut the LED wires off at 6″ past the grommet. 6. Referring to photo (2) remove 2″ of the black tubing exposing the red and black wires on the LEDs. Locate the supplied brake/tail light dual function element (a red wire at one end with a red and orange wire at the other) and wire connectors. Cut all three wires on the dual element to 3″ long. Strip the end of the single red wire on the element and both of the red wires from the LEDs then connect them using one of the blue butt connectors. Connect the two black wires from the LEDs to any one of the black wires on the tail light or signals using one of the supplied splice connectors (place both black wires into one of the holes on the connector). Using the remaining splice connectors attach the red wire from the dual element to the yellow wire on the tail light and the orange wire to the blue wire on the tail light. Turn on the ignition and check that the LEDs are working both as tail and brake lights when the brakes are applied.

Locate the three supplied ¼” x ½” flat head Allen screws. Hold the plate up to the mounting block installed earlier with the wires at the bottom of the plate. Thread the wires from the LED lights thru the holes in the upper bolts of the block. Install the plate onto the block using the three flat head screws being sure to keep the exposed wire behind he plate as short as possible and fitting into the slot or cut out at the edge of the block. Snug the screws and again check to see tat the wires are in the slot or cut out in the block and do not become pinched as the screws are tightened. Tighten the screws securely. 5. Where the wires from the taillight go thru the fender there is a grommet, pull this grommet out from the fender. Thread the wires from the LED lights thru the grommet with the other wires. Replace the grommet into the fender and remove any slack from the wires under the fender. Cut the LED wires off at 6″ past the grommet.

1. Starting on the right side (towards the front of the motor) locate the three mounting bolts that secure the brake assembly bracket (a chrome tube) to the bottom of the motor. Remove the bottom and front bolts. Repeat for left side. 2. Locate the front motor mount bolt. This is the black bolt located at the very front of the engine about halfway down behind the radiator. Remove the nut from this bolt on the left side. Properly secure the bike and use a jack to lift up on the motor to release the pressure from the motor mount bolt. Remove the bolt. 3. On the right side place the motor mount bolt thru the upper mounting hole of the right tip over bar. Install the tip over bar by feeding the motor mount bolt thru the original hole and inserting the two bolts (supplied) into the bottom mounting holes. (Do not tighten yet.) 4. On the left side install the top of the left tip over bar by inserting it into the right side tip over bar. Align the tip over bar so that the motor mount bolt extends thru the upper mounting hole. Thread the original locking nut onto the motor mount bolt a couple of turns. Now align the bottom of the tip over bar and install the remaining two bolts (supplied). Tighten the motor mount bolt (torque to 28-32 ft/lbs) and the lower four bolts (torque to 14-18 ft/lbs) securely. 5. Re-check all hardware for tightness

TRIUMPH ROCKET III DRIVER FLOOR BOARDS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Starting on the left (shifter) side remove shifter pivot bolt (large allen head). Rotate the shifter assembly out of the way. Remove the retaining clip from the bottom of the foot peg pivot pin. Remove the pin and the foot peg. 2. Install the left floorboard in the original foot peg mounting location. (Note the L & R markings on the backside of the mounting blocks.) Place the allen bolt (supplied) through the original mount and the floorboard. It may also help to use the shank of a Phillips screwdriver in the bolthole at the same time to help align the holes. In some cases due to variances in the stock foot peg bracket it you may need to use a 25/64″ (.390) drill bit and drill thru both the bracket and the floorboards mounting block to allow the bolt to go thru. The blocks and their holes are machined to exact tolerances and is kept as close as possible to the size of the peg bracket so that there will not be any looseness or drooping of the floorboards when installed. Thread one of the Ny-loc nuts (supplied) onto the bolt and tighten securely. Reinstall shifter assembly and tighten securely. 3. Repeat for right side and re-check hardware for tightness. (The brake assembly will not need to be removed.)

SUZUKI M109 PASSENGER FLOORBOARDS RELOCATION ARMS

1. If you are installing the relocation arms at the same time as the floorboards follow their instructions first and then refer to this sheet. 2. Fold the floorboards up, remove the allen screws that attach them to the round spacers, remove the floorboards and set aside. 3. Install the left and right relocation arms (marked with an L and R on the back side) onto the pins of the round spacers in the upper or lower position as desired. Using the allen screws and washers supplied bolt the arms to the round spacers and tighten securely. 4. Re-install the floorboards onto the relocation arms placing the supplied dowel pins into the set of holes on the relocation arms that allow the floorboards to be level or parallel with the ground. Install and tighten the allen screws removed earlier

1. If you are installing the link arms at the same time as the passenger floorboards first install the floorboards per their instructions. 2. Fold the boards up in the retracted position. Remove the allen screws that secure the boards to the black mounting blocks & remove the boards. Note there are two dowel pins between the mounts and the backside of the boards, remove these dowel pins and place them in the holes in the link arms. 3. Place the link arms onto the black mounting blocks: Note the cutout on the back of the link arm; this engages the edge of the black mounting blocks. (The link arms should face forward and curve upward.) Install the allen screws and washers removed earlier & tighten securely. 4. Place the dowel pins removed earlier into the holes in the link arms. Place the floorboard assemblies onto the link arms. Install the allen screws and washers provided and tighten securely.

Drill the holes in the bumper as indicated in the installation diagrams below and install the sensors. Sensors 1, 4, 5 and 8 should NOT be mounted on the curve of the bumper. 2. Install the sensor vertically; the “up” arrow must be pointing upwards. 3. Connect the Red wire of the control unit to the (+) positive of ignition wire. 4. Connect the Black wire (-) to the vehicleʼs chassis. 5. Connect yellow wire to the (+) positive wire of the vehicle reverse indicating light. 6. Install the triggering micro switch on the panel, system will work when pressing the triggering switch. It is especially helpful when you want to park the car inside of the garage without engaging reverse gear. System will stay on for 2 minutes. 7. Clean the area of the dashboard where the LCD display is going to be mounted. 8. Remove the sticker off the bottom of display. Also remove protective screen cover from LCD screen. 9. Mount the display on the dashboard by firmly pressing down the display. 10. Connect the display unit, and then connect all sensors one by one 1. The distance between The ground and the sensors is about 50-65 cm, suggested 55 cm. 3. The sensors must be installed perpendicular to bumper & avoid attaching on the metal. 4. To ensure the best detect position, the sensors 5 & 8 must be installed beside the edge 30-40cm, suggested 30cm. 5. After measurement, make a symbol. 6. To ensure best detecting results, the sensors 1 & 4 must be installed near the edge 8-13cm, suggested 11cm. 7. Measuring the distance between sensors 1 & 4 and marking a (L) sign. 8. Marking the points of sensors 2 & 3 by 1/3 L. 9. Using the 20mm drill, drill through the point which is marked, secure the sensors into the holes. 3. Installation of main unit 1. The main unit must be installed in the trunk to avoid moisture & heat. 2. Lead out the power wire from the startup facility of the vehicle, connect it to the power supply wire of the main unit. 3. Plug the power supply wire, screen wire & sensors wire respectively to the inputs of the main unit family.
