The CRF/XR50 engineers never intended “large” people to be competitively thrashing their design. As a result, failed frames are becoming quite common at the track. Laid-out forks, tweaked, ill-functioning suspensions and bent frames are symptoms we’ve all witnessed. This CRF/XR50 frame kit addresses all these problems with not only a stronger framer but also with added knee-to-bar clearance for taller riders.. Features: • Heat-treated chromoly steel frame • TIG welded • Fully gusseted • Thicker-walled main tube that is also larger in diameter • Conservatively estimated at 4 times stronger than the stock unit • Race legal open cradle configuration, but with fully closed loop rear sub frame under the seat for added strength and safety • Stronger swing arm pivot area prevents wallowing • Frame is 1″ longer than stock, resulting in greatly enhanced handling characteristics This Chromoly 1″ longer frame with chromoly removable subframe is the off the hook! It features a detachable chromoly subframe with all hardware as well as a 1″ rise in gas tank and seat height for more more leg room and to allow bigger carburetor modifications. Extended frame also provides: • Much needed knee-to-bar clearance • Improved rider position • Better Center of Gravity • Better control Features: • Heat-treated chromoly steel frame • TIG welded • Fully gusseted • Thicker-walled main tube that is also larger in diameter • Conservatively estimated at 4 times stronger than the stock unit • Race legal open cradle configuration, but with fully closed loop rear sub frame under the seat for added strength and safety • Stronger swing arm pivot area prevents wallowing • Frame is 1″ longer than stock, resulting in greatly enhanced handling characteristics • Gas Tank is raised 1″ for added clearance

This nitrous manifold greatly simplifies the way extra fuel is delivered that is needed for nitrous use. The carburetor vents
are connected to this manifold, allowing the carburetor(s) to breathe normally through the airbox when nitrous is not used.
When nitrous is sprayed, the manifold produces a positive pressure that goes to the carburetor float bowl, which “pushes”
more fuel through the main jet of the carburetor(s). This eliminates the need for an extra fuel pump, fuel solenoid, extra
plumbing, and nozzle(s) that are necessary to inject the extra fuel in other systems. This manifold is also designed to vary the float bowl pressure in relation to nitrous pressure, thus keeping the nitrous and fuel delivery in sync. Fluctuations in bottle temperature greatly affect nitrous pressure, which affects nitrous delivery. By automatically adjusting the fuel delivery as nitrous pressure varies, this manifold makes nitrous safe, reliable, and easy to use. The valve shown in picture (A) will require both the 4an x 1/8 npt fitting and the 1/8 npt plug. The valve shown in picture (B) will only need the 4an x 1/8 npt fitting. Use thread sealant on these fittings, be sure not to get any sealant inside the valve. Remove the upper mounting bolts on the front bumper. Install bracket support strap and reinstall the mounting bolts. 2. Install rear strap mounts over frame tubes. 3. Attach saddle bracket to support brackets, front and rear using supplied hardware.

Remove the clutch fluid from the master cylinder on the left clip-on. Remove the fluid from the clutch line and slave cylinder. This factory line is NOT attached along the inner frame spar so here is a little trick that made this a 20- minute job including the bleed: 1. Remove the banjo bolts from the master cylinder and the clutch slave ends. 2. With a nice heavy wire tie, attach the slave end of the new braided line to the lever end of the factory line. Snip off the tail of the wire tie. Wrap this “joint” with electrical tape. 3. Pull from the factory slave end until you get the braided line end to the clutch slave. If it gets caught on something, try turning the end you are pulling
from.4. Remove the tape, carefully cut off the wire tie, install new sealing washers and bolts at both ends and torque to 17-21 foot/lbs. maximum. Bleed the clutch
