INSTALLATION 1. Remove all articles from inside, then thoroughly wash and dry the saddlebag lid. 2. Close the saddlebag lid. Cut a piece of masking tape at least 10 inches (25 cm) long and lay it lengthwise down the center of the top outer surface of the lid starting at the front. Mark a line lengthwise down the tape, measuring an equal distance from each side so the line is centered on the lid. 3. Obtain the template (7) from the kit, and position it on the line, with the short leg held against the front surface of the lid. Carefully mark the tape at the two arrows, then remove the template and set it aside. 4. At each of the marks made in Step 3, carefully drill a 1/8 inch (3 mm) diameter pilot hole. 5. Using the pilot holes drilled in Step 4, use a 9/32 inch (7 mm) diameter bit to finish drilling the holes for the trim piece. NOTES Before installing the lid trim, test fit to ensure adequate clearance of both mounting pads through the drilled holes in the saddlebag lid. The trim pieces are side-specific; the front legs are angled to match the lid front. If the pads do not fit loosely in the holes, it may be necessary to slightly enlarge the holes to provide clearance and maintain proper alignment of the trim on the lid. Clean the saddlebag lid inside and out, and the inside of the saddlebag with a soft cloth, making sure to remove any shavings left from drilling. 6. Obtain the correct saddlebag lid trim (1 or 2) and a trim gasket (3) from the kit. Peel the liner from the adhesive backing of the gasket. 7. Position the gasket onto the bottom surface of the trim, making sure the gasket remains inside the outer edges of the trim, and smooth it into place. 8. Obtain a pan head screw (6) from the kit. 9. Using a T25 TORX® drive head, start the screw part way into one of the holes on the underside of the trim, to form a few threads in the hole, then back the screw out of the hole. Repeat for the second hole. 10. Install the trim piece onto the lid, fitting the mounting pads into the holes drilled in Step 5. 11. Place a flat washer (5) from the kit onto the threads of the screw (6), followed by a rubber washer (4). Place two drops of Loctite® 243 (blue) onto the screw threads. 12. While supporting the lid trim in place, open the saddlebag lid and install the washers and screw through the lid into one of the trim mounting pads, finger tight. Repeat for the remaining trim mounting pad, with another screw, flat washer and rubber washer. 13. Apply a small amount of pressure to the trim piece above each screw and continue to tighten both screws to 25-28 in-lbs (2.8-3.2 Nm) . 14. Repeat steps 1 through 13 for the opposite saddlebag lid

INSTALLATION Template Positioning (Rack Installation WITH SPOILER only) The location of the luggage rack has a direct relationship to the location of the Tour-Pak® Spoiler. The template (7) included in this kit will locate the luggage rack in the correct position for the current or future installation of a Tour-Pak Spoiler. NOTE A template is not required if installing rack without spoiler. 1. If a spoiler is already installed, or if the installation of a Tour-Pak-mounted spoiler may be desired in the future, cut the template along the appropriate line. 2. Carefully place the trimmed template on top of the Tour- Pak, aligning the edges of the template with the top surface of the Tour-Pak lid. Tape the template to the lid in the desired location. The template will help to properly locate the rack so that a spoiler may be added in the future. Rack Installation on Tour-Pak 1. ALL installations: Open the lid, and remove all loose contents from the Tour-Pak. 2. See Figure 1. Slip the mounting pads (2) onto each of the mounting bosses (B) of the luggage rack (1). NOTES Kit 53665-87: Position rack with wide upright toward rear of vehicle. Kit 91793-85: Position rack with upright toward rear of vehicle. Carefully center the rack from left to right, and position the rack squarely on the lid for best appearance. Do not mount the rack too far forward to avoid contact with the backrest pad. 3. Position the rack on the Tour-Pak lid in the desired loca- tion. 4. Carefully raise the rack, and place masking tape (A) on the Tour-Pak lid where the four mounting bosses contact the cover. 5. Lower the rack onto the tape in the location chosen in Step 3. Using a soft lead pencil on the masking tape strips, trace a circle around each mounting boss. Remove the rack, and use a ruler to mark the exact center position of each mounting boss on the tape. 6. Drill four 1/16 inch (1.5 mm) diameter pilot holes through the masking tape and Tour-Pak lid at each mounting boss center position. Use a 9/32 inch (7 mm) diameter bit to drill the finish holes. 7. Remove the masking tape

If installing this system for use with existing marine stereo: Connect RCA Y adapter (sold separately) to music source cable and plug into Low Level outputs of the stereo. Do NOT use the included power switch. Attach the Amplifier Remote wire from stereo to the BLUE wire of the amplifier. The amplifier will now be turned on and off by your stereo. This step replaces the Power On/Off switch installation step. 2. Determine a location suitable for mounting the remote switches and speakers, paying close attention to clearance or obstructions. 3. Place tape over the desired speaker location and mark a center point. Use the speaker template(s) and mark the center of the 4 inch hole to be cut for each speaker. 4. Pre-solder both terminals of each speaker. 5. Using a 4″ hole saw, drill holes for each speaker. 6. Place a speaker in each hole and mark the mounting screw locations before drilling pilot holes. 7. Drill 1/8″ pilot holes for speaker mounting screws at the screw locations. 8. Position amplifier making sure to pick a location that has tolerance for drilling and for the depth (1 inch) of the mounting screws. You will secure the amplifier later. 9. Feed the red/black speaker wires from the amplifier through the speaker holes. 10. Place the red speaker wire from the amplifier against the small pre- soldered speaker terminal and flow the solder together with your soldering iron.

1. Let skid sit in sun or inside house at room temperature for a couple hours. Cold weather can shrink plastic slightly but this is not an issue once installed. 2. Remove Stock Teryx Hardware/skids and set aside hardware to use on new skid 3. You have a couple options in mounting the new skids. 1) remove stock metal engine inspection cover underneath Teryx, or 2) using UHMW skid as template cut out hole in inspection cover (A below) to allow access to oil filter. Cut hole substantially larger than skid hole so as not to cut yourself when removing/installing oil filter 5. Fasten all main skid bolts and washers, but do not tighten all the way so that you are able to move skid slightly to center all bolt holes. 6. Fasten all front and rear skid bolts and washers, but do not tighten all the way so that you are able to move skid slightly to center all bolt holes. . Once skids are in desired location tighten all bolts 9. You will be required to drill 2 – 3/16 pilot holes in the 2 rear most main skid mounting locations. Use the supplied self tapping bolts and washers to attach skid in these locations
