Remove the main seat and passenger seat. 2. Use a prop to hold the tank up in the trunk area. 3. Disconnect the main wiring harness from each of the lower injectors. (Fig 1) 4. Lay the Fuelpak unit in the tail section and route the wire harness down the left side of the motorcycle toward the throttle bodies. 5. Plug the Fuelpak wiring harness in line of the stock wiring harness and injectors. (Fig 2) 6. Locate the throttle position sensor connector on the right hand side of the throttle body. 7. Install the Fuelpak wiring harness TPS connectors in line of the stock wiring harness. (Fig 3) 8. Attach ground wire to the negative side of the battery. 9. Install Fuelpak in the tail section using the supplied velcro. (Fig 4) 10. Bolt the fuel tank back into place. 1. Remove the main seat and the passenger seat. 2. Prop the front of the fuel tank in the up position. 3. Route the PCIII harness from the trunk area towards the front of the bike. Route the PCIII harness under the fuel tank bracket (Fig. A). 4. Attach the ground wire from the PCIIIharness to the negative side of the battery. (fig. B). 5. Locate the Throttle Position Sensor on the backside of the throttle bodies (Fig. C). 6. Locate the BROWN wire with the YELLOWtracer and attach the supplied wire tap to the wire. NOTE: It is recommended to use dielectric grease on this connec- tion. 1 Remove the seat. 2 Lift up the front of the fuel tank. 3 Disconnect the wiring harness from the injector on the left hand side of the bike by pushing up (squeeze) on the spring clips from the injector connector (Fig. A). Plug one of the leads from the PCIII in line of the connectors you just unplugged. 4 Repeat step 3 for the right hand side (Fig. B). 5 Locate the throttle position sensor on the trottle bodies. Locate the yellow wire with the brown tracer coming from the sensor. Connect the wire tap to this wire. Plug the grey wire from the PCIII into this connector (Fig. C). It is recommended to seal this connector with dialectric grease or silicone. Make sure to clean both surfaces with alcohol first.

1) Remove the passenger seat or solo seat cover section. 2) Remove the main seat. 3) Remove the fuel tank shell and prop the front of the fuel tank up. 4) Disconnect the fuel injector connector shown in Fig. A. This connector is located on the backside of the frame towards the bottom of the fuel tank. There are two connectors side by side, disconnect the one on the left. 5) Plug the connectors from the Power Commander in line of these connectors. (Fig. B) 6) Disconnect the rear brake light connector. (Fig. C) Plug the connectors from the Power Commander in line of these connectors. (Fig. D). 7) Connect the ground wire from the Power Commander to the negative side of the battery (Fig. E). 8) Mount the Power Commander in the rear trunk area using the supplied velcro strips. 9) Reinstall the fuel tank and its shell. 10) Reinstall main seat and passenger seat/solo cover
